Doubly Blessed Today!

This entry is part 9 of 14 in the series God the Provider

Next week (9/23-24) is the Women of Faith Conference in Phoenix. I’ve been trying every which way to reach their organization to see if I could get some recognition about being the 2nd place winner of their writing contest. I mean if it weren’t for last year’s conference, I wouldn’t have known about the contest.

Finally today, I got an email from the gal who’s in charge of the media and though she said that they can’t acknowledge me from the stage, she will interview me, get a few pix and put me on their Facebook page. There’s also a local blogger who’ll be writing about the conference who’ll be contacting me for an interview.

Yay, God! He came through!

After work I drive up to see my chiropractor and I made a deal – an adjustment for a signed hardcover copy of my novel. As I was going in and she was commenting how exciting it was to have the book, a patient coming out saw it. I gave her one of my bookmarks and she’s going to mention it in her Christian Preschool’s newsletter.

Heavenly timing? You bet!

Thank you, Lord for the blessings today. I am content and at peace in you love and kindness.

May you see God’s blessings every day in your life also.
