To be like Christ

One of the things we as Christians forget as we deal with our daily lives and the secular world is that as Christians, we are called to be Christ-like. Jesus was perfect and we are imperfect as is the world. Though we can’t be perfect, we can strive to be so. Here’s an excerpt from 365 WWJD: Daily Answers to What Would Jesus Do?

One of the first things we do in the morning is get dressed. As we do, we should remember that God has taken our righteousness, which was “filthy rages,” and has clothed us with Himself. We are adorned with the best. We should be sure our countenance complements our divine apparel.
