“Does the Lord delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices as much as in obeying the voice of the Lord? To Obey is better than sacrifice, and to heed is better than the fat of rams.” ~ 1 Samuel 15:22
Grace is free, but when you take it you are bound forever to the Giver, and bound to catch the spirit of the Giver. Like produces like, grace makes you gracious, the Giver makes you give. ~E. Stanley Jones
WWJD? Reflection: Grace is not the freedom to do what we want, but the power to do what we should. “Grace” is often interpreted to be a passive word, but where Christians get a handle on the power that is in grace to change us, all such thoughts of passivity are banished. Grace is how we grow. Grace is our great enabler.
Best of all, grace is free–but it is not cheap.
